AK Infosystem LLC seeks a Business Intelligence Analyst II.

Job Description:
Assist in conducting comprehensive requirement gathering for ERP modules by engaging with business users, studying as-is vs to-be workflows, and preparing relevant BRDs. Play a key role in the full project lifecycle of an Oracle EBS ERP implementation and support enhancements in MS Great Plains ERP. Develop test plans and test cases; identify and create UAT scripts. Deliver MIS reporting including operating cost, cost per person, budgets, and cash forecasts. Support development team to finalize applications, assist in pilot runs, conduct end-user training, and provide post-implementation support. Assist with process improvements and reporting enhancements across finance functions, including automation initiatives and smart forms. Collaborate with global business users, IT staff, and management to support ongoing reporting and business intelligence initiatives. Ensure compliance with internal controls and external audit requirements.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field (or foreign equivalent). Two (2) years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, Business Analyst, Financial Systems Analyst, or related position. Experience must include two (2) years of:

• Conducting comprehensive requirement gathering for ERP modules by engaging with business users, studying “as-is” vs “to-be” workflows, and preparing relevant BRDs
• Playing a key role in the full project lifecycle of an Oracle EBS ERP implementation and supporting enhancements in MS Great Plains ERP
