Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics / Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience with software development in C++, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree in an industry setting.
• 2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms in either an academic or industry setting.

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree or related technical fields.
• 2 years of experience with performance, large scale systems data analysis, visualization tools, or debugging.
• Experience developing accessible technologies.

Responsibilities

• Independently design, develop, execute, deliver and maintain components of large Software products – with focus on ETL jobs using Spark, Databricks , and Azure Cloud Environment implementing business logic
• Data manipulation – Join data from multiple data sources and build ETLs for gaining business insights using cloud platforms (Azure)
• Work with a team of developers with deep experience in spark, hive, machine learning, distributed micro services, and full stack systems
• Fine tune and redesign existing applications to improve the performance
• Perform unit tests and conducting reviews with other team members to make sure, code is rigorously designed, elegantly coded, and effectively tuned for performance
• Interacting with business analyst to understand requirements and to validate design specifications.
